ZMX is the utility token of Zenith Meta Exchange, a crypto exchange that is launching after its pre-launch mining event. Before launch, the only way to get ZMX is to earn it for free: by mining it daily and by inviting friends.
What is ZMX used for?
ZMX is intended as a utility token on the Zenith Meta Exchange, for example for trading-fee discounts and platform features. Early miners who complete at least 3 mining sessions before launch also unlock 0% spot trading fees for their first 30 days after the exchange opens.
ZMX is not a share, bond or investment contract. It gives no ownership, voting, dividend or profit rights in Zenith Meta Exchange.

What is the ZMX TGE?
The Token Generation Event (TGE) is when ZMX launches on its mainnet. The ZMX TGE date will be announced on this site. At TGE:
- the ZMX you mined moves to the ZMX mainnet, where it can be traded on the exchange under the published unlock schedule;
- confirmed referral USD rewards become withdrawable;
- spot trading on Zenith Meta Exchange opens.
Until then, mined ZMX is a balance in your account only: it can't be withdrawn, transferred or traded.

What is ZMX worth?
ZMX has no market price before TGE. Zenith Meta Exchange uses an internal reference price of USD 1.00 per ZMX to show estimated values next to your balance. That figure is an estimate only, not a price, offer or promise. After TGE the market sets the price, which may be far lower than any estimate, or zero.
